- BRBret RobisonSep 14, 20255.0I called about a bee sting that was one day old and had my whole entire hand and wrist swollen. Jill was the nurse practitioner and unfortunately I don’t remember the admin’s name that helped me but they were both absolutely incredible. She didn’t have any appointments available, but said they could get me in. I waited less than five minutes. Got in and was gone within seven minutes With a prescription that absolutely helped the next day. I will definitely be visiting this clinic more often than using urgent care.

The women working there were so friendly and understanding, and really helped point us in the right direction. I am so appreciative of the customer service we received that went above and beyond!

The medical field is the unwise choice of profession as she doesn’t listen and continues to interrupt with a combative attitude. I would never recommend anyone to this clinic. Her negative mannerism was despicable.
- SKSam KorinekMay 23, 20221.0Takes 45 minutes for them to get you in so you feel sick while waiting in their “lobby”. Workers aren’t helpful at all. It isn’t even busy they are just somehow behind. Also, don’t bother scheduling online because they prioritize walk in people instead of people who paid for an appointment. Cmon.

They say "105" for the visit and test, but the prescription would be an additional cost." I asked if they have a general idea of what that would cost, the response was, "No." I simply wanted to know a ball park price of what the prescription cost would be. They have no reasoning ability.
