The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
Walked in here the other night, about 1.5 hours before close, and watched an older lady aimlessly fiddle around with random stuff in one of the exam rooms for about 3-4 minutes before clearing my throat and saying "excuse me?" She came out in a little bit of a huff, and very curtly asked if I had an appointment. I did not have one, and her response was "well we're booked up for the rest of the night."
I looked around with a surprised look, smartmouth that I am, and said "Yes, I can see that. Absolutely slammed." (There was nobody in the vicinity.)
My partner and I left regardless, and just for laughs, tried to set up an appointment online for that same night. Based on what I could've picked if I wanted to deal with that person further/again, I don't think they had even one appointment scheduled. The availability to select from was wildly open.
On an unrelated note, as someone who works with both appointments and walk-ins in another field, her handling of the appointments issue and someone being a walk-in was pretty atrocious. If she's reading this, I would ask her to consider the following: Maybe a customer facing job isn't for you?

I called about a bee sting that was one day old and had my whole entire hand and wrist swollen. Jill was the nurse practitioner and unfortunately I don’t remember the admin’s name that helped me but they were both absolutely incredible. She didn’t have any appointments available, but said they could get me in. I waited less than five minutes. Got in and was gone within seven minutes With a prescription that absolutely helped the next day. I will definitely be visiting this clinic more often than using urgent care.

Went in a few days ago with my child for an appointment. We were disappointed to see that they did not take our insurance. The women working there were so friendly and understanding, and really helped point us in the right direction. I am so appreciative of the customer service we received that went above and beyond!

If you do not feel well, do not waste time going there.I spent 30 minutes there just answering questions. There are nurses who uses Google to search for medication and diagnosis. They prescribed me medication and told me to call if they do not help, so they can give me antibiotics. I called next day and the receptionist told me they can’t give antibiotics because my medication is for 3 days. I have to finish that first. She also gave me an advise that you feel worse before you feel better. It is hilarious. You pay a co-pay like you are seeing a doctor. Maybe they are good for something else but not diagnosing your health issues.

Completely incompetent! They have no sense of reason when asked what the cost is for a UTI test. They say "105" for the visit and test, but the prescription would be an additional cost." I asked if they have a general idea of what that would cost, the response was, "No." I simply wanted to know a ball park price of what the prescription cost would be. They have no reasoning ability.
