I go to the location getting a green light, just to wait my whole hour that I took from work, and receive a notice that the orders take 2-3 weeks in. OH, and they only write their good fax number on tiny little papers to hand to your doctor after. Wasted my time and incredibly unproductive.

She was efficient, professional, and had a great sense of humor that made the whole experience surprisingly enjoyable. Getting blood drawn isn’t usually something to look forward to—but with Erika, it felt quick and pleasant. Highly recommend her!

One couldn’t get theirs drawn because two phlebotomists could not find a vein and said come back another day after trying four different spots. That was pretty bad considering that is their main job. On top of that there was one order and it took about 40 minutes of sitting not in the waiting room but waiting for the phlebotomist to type the order in the back room. The other person is still back there waiting for their blood to be drawn an hour after being called back to get it drawn. We had appointments. I will never be back here. On the positive the people were nice.
