Everyone is friendly, the building is clean, and I would recommend this building to anyone who is looking for Memory Care! Thank you everyone at Brookdale North Gilbert for being so kind and friendly!
- DRDIANE RIZENMar 26, 20181.0I agree with Colleen -- do not put your family here ! My mother was left soaked on multiple occasions with promises that it would not happen again. Evaluations do nothing to change the care needed or given. More often than not, her dentures were not in for meals and she was improperly dressed. Supplies missing or in locked rooms when no one had a key over the weekend. Huge constant turnover of staff. Or constantly understaffed would be more appropriate. Complaints fall on deaf ears with the ED. She makes promises but never delivers or follows through, or responds to all of her emails.
