  Great new location! Much better than the old one, especially the parking. No complaints about the service, but I had made an appointment and checked in through the kiosk. My only complaint is that the waiting room was freezing; I'm glad I was bundled up. Even then, the tech said "You are ice cold!"

  I was taken care of this morning by Colleen. She had a great deal of warmth and KINDNESS. I WANT TO GIVE HER A 5 STAR RATING. FOR HER PEOPLE SKILLS AS WELL AS HER BLOOD DRAWING SKILLS......SHE IS SO VERY SKILLED AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND VERY CARED FOR. JANET

  God awful service. I need to go here to get a drug screen but when I went they said their systems are down and can't do drug screens with no ETA. It's not possible to call the location and ask if their systems are up because their phone number only gives a robocaller that only serves to give location information. Calling as a patient asking for drug test services gives a robot response that says "No routes available" and then it rings for 30 seconds before hanging up. My only option for seeing if I'm able to do my drug test is to go there and hope it's working. It's expensive for me to drive to flagstaff, especially if I get there and their systems are down with no ETA on being back up, I spend a lot of gas money on a single trip to flagstaff only to be told in the end that I need to go home. The website isn't any helpful either, their 'contact us' page provides no direct call for immediate help. You can only pick predetermined reasons to contact them and only to put your email and phone number in so they can 'get back to you later'. Not very helpful when I'm trying to do something time sensitive. Overall I can't recommend this, if I can't so much as call a front desk clerk to ask if their systems are down then I can't give this place any more than 1 star.
