- EMElizabeth Malone5 days ago5.0I’m so thankful for this office! My annual was done so efficiently, and each person I spoke with was kind and helpful. I felt faint while drawing blood, and the staff was very attentive and patient. Thankfully they were able to offer me an alternative finger prick for the final test. Lastly, the PA offered and wrote me a referral for genetics counseling, since there is a family history of cancer - a first for me, and thoughtful of them! Thank you all 💗

Made an appointment for 2:10 PM for routine testing, and I arrived REALLY early in the off chance they could take me back before my appointment time. Ended up being closer to ~2:40PM until I was brought back, but the staff was very courteous of everyone’s time, and let people know that they were running a little behind vs. letting us all sit and wonder. Despite them having a hectic day, the MA that took my samples (sorry I don’t remember your name!) had wonderful bedside manner, and the PA that saw me (Tara) was thorough as well. Though it took a little longer than I originally thought to get out of there, they didn’t rush my appointment, and cut corners which I appreciate.
