- MLMartin LoehrSep 8, 20255.0Never been to a PP before, so didn’t know what to expect. Made an appointment for 2:10 PM for routine testing, and I arrived REALLY early in the off chance they could take me back before my appointment time. Ended up being closer to ~2:40PM until I was brought back, but the staff was very courteous of everyone’s time, and let people know that they were running a little behind vs. letting us all sit and wonder. Despite them having a hectic day, the MA that took my samples (sorry I don’t remember your name!) had wonderful bedside manner, and the PA that saw me (Tara) was thorough as well. Though it took a little longer than I originally thought to get out of there, they didn’t rush my appointment, and cut corners which I appreciate.

Today I went in for my first dose of the shot and the front desk lady was incredibly rude. No compassion or kindness whatsoever. She was very rude with giving me information back to me, basically throwing the cards, and had a very short temper with anything I said. My experience was so uncomfortable to the point of tearing up just by the first 12 minutes there. I want to support an organization like this to any degree, but it’s hard to stand by that when even the front desk lady is rude to TEENAGE customers. Out of all places, girls shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable here.

Came in for an antibiotic prescription for a UTI and it'll be hundreds of dollars before I even fill the prescription? It's almost cruel. I honestly don't understand how PP can claim to help people afford healthcare and also pull this. No one at the counter when we arrived, and when she showed up she had a callous attitude and was very unhelpful. I left literally in tears.
