- N#Its me neon1 day ago1.0Went in for a random drug test for work. The bathroom was filthy, urine on the floor and around the toilet as well as dried urine on the toilet tank. It was so disgusting that my boots stuck to the floor around the toilet. I would have taken a picture, but they take your bags before you can drop.

- RHRyan HughesDec 19, 20251.0I came to Concentra on July 2nd to complete my DOT physical. They made a mistake on the medical (checked that I wear glasses when I don't), and I received notice from ADOT that my license would be suspended. I went back to Concentra on July 7th after receiving the notice from ADOT, and they gave me a corrected medical certificate however, they didn't update the copy they submitted to the State, so my license was suspended. I only found out about it today (12/19/2025) when I went to get my doubles and triples endorsement on my CDL. I wish I could tell you that Concentra was taking the situation seriously however, they keep giving me the run around that their supervisor needs to be onsite to make the correction. Without my CDL, I cannot work and I am the sole provider for my family. I will update this review when the situation is resolved.

But Dr hours and number of availability are from day to day, so certain things/situations may have a cut off time. I wish I was told before driving 5 hrs for a pre job physical that they stop physicals at 2pm(maybe sooner, depending).
