- VAV Allen4 days ago5.0Note, this place is focused on workplace injury. My injury was this, and so I haven't had to pay out of pocket and I also cannot speak to other types of urgent care needs. PT services: amazing! I did intake with the prior PT and he was took an extra moment and went out of his way to respond to my request/need. New PT is so great!! They really scored hiring her. She manages her simultaneous patients well---Ive been to other PTs who aren't paying attention or aren't ready when I'm done. Secondly, she doesn't accept if your injury is somewhat better but not back to normal. She looks at other aspects that might be aggravating your injury/holistically. She doesn't want the injury to recur, how refreshing! So helpful! You just gotta do your PT at home ..... Doctor services: yes, you have to wait. It's a walk in urgent care, what did you expect? The doctors seem to listen but they do go quickly, so have your input for your summary ready to share. They did do a few assessments on me and seemed to listen to my input. For a place that isn't looking to retain your business year after year, I am very happy with their patient care!

Doctor renewed it until December, pending a Sleep Study for Sleep Apnea. We paid out of pocket for that test with a third party company. We have the results and my husband went to give them the results and get a further renewal. They said we have to pay for ANOTHER CDL physical. This is a continuation of care after you ordered a test. You've already been paid by the employer. We are not paying $163.00 plus tax for an entirely new physical. This is wrong. He should be able to see the doctor that originally ordered the test and extended his CDL (which is in DOT compliance). My husband is the main provider to our home. He's been a CDL driver for over 20 years. We have never had one single issue with him being cleared. We will be reporting the clinic to the employer, DOT, our PCP, and our freinds and family. My husband was "fat shamed," from the moment he saw the doctor. Based on previous performance, he's always performed his job responsibilities with the utmost professionalism, physical endurance, and is a loved person of the community.

I was the first at the door when they opened and was somehow 8th in line. Strange? Plenty of signs mentioning how if you are verbally aggressive in any way you will be removed. I understand why now. No one has any answers to questions and they questionnaire online or in person is a broken system. Would not recommend.
