  This place seemed really clean, and I showed up right before closing. And they were not upset, they treated me with respect and didn't roll their eyes or anything as I walked up. Which I appreciated that because I knew that I was cutting it close to their closing time. We got the job done.And I was out before I knew it.And they were very friendly, and I would highly recommend them

  I went here for multiple blood tests, staff is unprepared and unprofessional, the RN's did not listen to me when I said I was dizzy and about to pass out and continued to take blood while I was unconscious. My husband had to order her to stop and get me water as all the color is my face was gone and I was slumped almost falling out of the chair, only thing keeping me in it was him holding me by the shoulders. I am pregnant. This place is dangerous.

  My pregnant wife went there for a blood test and they were so unprepared and unprofessional they didn’t heed her warning that she going to pass out and proceeded to still draw blood. I had to be the only to hold her up in the chair and order them to get water and tissue for her when she regained consciousness again.

  Sharing that I had made a fasting lab appointment with McKella (aka Katlyn?). When I arrived the place was packed. I checked in and the receptionist Naomi and she said there was no appointment in the system. I asked for a supervisor or lead and was told there was no one. She said I could join the walk in group, whereas there were about six or more ahead of me, indicating an hour plus wait. It was a small office and not able to socially distance I was shaking from fasting (am diabetic) so decided not to wait an hour+. Additionally Naomi allowed a woman to cut in line at the window so she could drop off some covid saliva samples. Not something that I wanted to be near and was told previously by Sonora Quest they do not take covid samples. Had had good services before but they have gone down hill big time.
