  Horrible experiences TWICE now. I scheduled my appointments weeks in advance. Both times, they could not find my lab orders , despite my doctors office sending them multiple times. My second appointment was scheduled at 7:30am, there wasn't anyone else waiting in the office. I wasn't seen until 8am. They had the WRONG lab orders and I wasn't able to get my blood drawn, and I was LATE to work. I have never had this much trouble at any other blood collection facility and will NOT be going back. PERIOD.... if NEGATIVE stars were an option I would give that. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND

  I have been coming here for years. Never an issue, until now...received a bill. My Insurance was never charged! I tried to call their billing office. There was a 2 hour hold time, it gave me the option to have a call back, chose that, but today came and went. I am beyond livid!

  Excellent phlebotomist. Uses a butterfly needle to extract blood as I have small veins. Care is attentative and prompt

  Walked in last Friday @ 7:40 in hopes for routine blood drawn as I was fasting. Went to CV Labcorp first; temporarily closed. The technician was the only person in the lab. I asked if she could take a walk in since there was NO ONE in the place. She said no because I didn’t have an appointment. I asked again as she could since there was NO ONE in the lab! No one waiting. Obviously no one showed for a 7:30 appointment. She still denied me. Lazy employee if you asked me! Obviously Sonora doesn’t want business. Won’t ever go back. Drive to PV Labcorp for friendly quick service. In n out in 25 minutes!

  I've been using Sonora Quest lab at the Safeway Location for some time and I have found it to be a well run facility. The ladies who work there are very nice and have gone out of their way to help me when I have had an issue.
