  Horrible experiences TWICE now. I scheduled my appointments weeks in advance. Both times, they could not find my lab orders , despite my doctors office sending them multiple times. My second appointment was scheduled at 7:30am, there wasn't anyone else waiting in the office. I wasn't seen until 8am. They had the WRONG lab orders and I wasn't able to get my blood drawn, and I was LATE to work. I have never had this much trouble at any other blood collection facility and will NOT be going back. PERIOD.... if NEGATIVE stars were an option I would give that. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND

  I have been coming here for years. Never an issue, until now...received a bill. My Insurance was never charged! I tried to call their billing office. There was a 2 hour hold time, it gave me the option to have a call back, chose that, but today came and went. I am beyond livid!

  I have been using this this lab for my mom's blood and other diagnostic tests for the past 8 years. The people who work there are always efficient and kind. I like to use the Sonora Quest website to get an appointment. If I have an appointment, there is never a wait beyond 5 minutes, no matter how full the lobby is. I highly recommend this facility if your insurance allows this option. Just make sure to make an appointment as they are very busy with walk-ins. Don't be a walk-in.

  Fast service.staff wasn't overly friendly,but professional.
