  Great service at the lab today. Karla was friendly and efficient, and Tyrone made the check-in quick and easy. They were professional, patient, and made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend!

  This place sucks the people are careless and work like a snail no sense of urgency I can to drop off a sample and it's been 30 mins and they are still just standing at the desk no one has moved or tried to help anyone, everyone in here is pissed because the girl won't do her job

  This is a By Appt Only Sonora Quest location. I showed up a bit early just to drop off a sample. Not even getting any blood drawn. The young boy responsible for opening the doors showed up one minute to opening, at 7:59AM, and took another 7 minutes to actually let us in. So not only did he open late, when he finally let us in he did not say good morning, or look up at any of us. I’m so tired of this younger generation not knowing how to be hospitable to others especially in a role as important as his. You are handling people all day and you don’t have the kindness to look up and smile. Or say hello I’ll be right with you? There were 5 people waiting when he opened the doors and he was absolutely silent. He didn’t explain the process or thank you for our patience since he opened up late, no accountability. He was an absolute punk kid. He needs to be trained or at least spoken to about his lack of interaction and how to work with heart. Because if he can’t do that he’s not gonna go anywhere in his line of work. I know plenty of other Sonora Quest labs run by incredibly talented and hard working people. This guy is joke and is a terrible representation of what Sonora Quest stands for. The public deserves better. Once I was called back for him to take my sample he again did not say a word or confirm what sample I was dropping off or how long to expect results to take, nothing about the process. I thanked him and again I was met with pure silence, no thank you back or anything. Everyone is going through a lot right now so that can’t be an excuse. The way I was treated was completely not acceptable and I will never come here again because of this kid. He had Justin Bieber hairstyle, overgrown, with a warm brown strawberry blonde color. Please speak to him, this is not ok.

  Everyone is greeted and requests for testing is checked. If the request is not current/expired, they will let you calk your dr and ask that a test request befaxed over. They will then take you in as soon as the test request is received. Great service.
