I did not pick up a medication in this pharmacy, but called and verified if a medication is available. Angie was so helpful and actually offered to assist me in finding other location that has the medication available.

We’d like to share how happy we are with this “newly discovered” pharmacy! Last Friday, my wife had to urgently transfer my prescription to Safeway Pharmacy at 1159 W Chandler Blvd because the other pharmacy was out of my medication and wouldn’t get it in time I needed. It was a little frustrating to learn about it particularly at the last moment but as they say- there is a silver lining in every cloud! The Pharmacy staff at Chandler Blvd was very efficient in communicating with us and in filling the prescription. Furthermore, Paige, the pharmacist on duty at the time, was able to save us a huge amount of money by applying a manufacturer’s coupon to cover most of the cost of this outrageously expensive medication. No one at several other pharmacies we used over the years ever cared or attempted to assist us the way she did. We are very appreciative of her insight, good will, compassion and understanding! We wish her all the best in her career!

I've worked with this pharmacy for years with no issue when transferring scripts to them from Walgreens. Yesterday I encountered a new pharmacist who talked over my request with her course of action and gathering of info when I specifically requested the opposite of what she proposed. I called today for script status and was told she was unable to get thru to Walgreen's, funny I got thru on all 3 occasions I tried on her behalf. I called her back to offer specific prompts and again she spoke over me stating to go to her manager and hung up. EXTREME poor communication, skills, lack of customer service skills, defensive and completely irresponsible behavior in this in of work! We'll see if her manager does call me back.

Friendly. They know my name. They also work very hard getting my prescriptions approved by insurance. No other pharmacy has invested so much time in that process.
