They make sure the child understands what they need to do with their braces and answer any questions the kids have. My kids felt very comfortable with the staff. Anytime I have called the office for anything the office picks up quickly. If I need a call back for whatever reason it is in a timely manner. I highly recommend this office orthodontic work.
