I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received from the moment I walked into the office. Everyone is gracious and most professional. The office is well managed and there are no external distraction. I was the focus of their attention. I had a thorough radiologic and digital camera exam. This exam was reviewed with me and a plan of action was developed. Some of the work was done during g the first visit. Dr Hwang realized my anxiety and walked me through every thing he did during the procedure starting with the numbing process. He is meticulous and gentle in his work and explains exactly what he is doing throughout the entire procedure. I will definitely return to the office for additional work. His staff member contacted my insurance company and deducted their payment from the charge for services.

As often the majority push costly, unnecessary cosmetic based procedures, instead of hearing the patients needs & concerns so as to help them. And more importantly, just as it should be! Which speaks volumes of Dr. E. Hwangs integrity, honesty, care & professionalism of him as well as his entire staff. That I highly, recommend!!
