Absolutely unacceptable experience.
The staff at this laboratory were shockingly rude and unaccommodating when providing services to my two adult sons, both of whom have special needs and a legal guardian.
Instead of practicing basic professionalism and compassion, the employees spoke down to us, created unnecessary barriers to obtaining routine services, and displayed an abrasive and dismissive tone that showed a complete lack of empathy or respect.
Healthcare settings should never make vulnerable patients feel like an inconvenience. A medical facility is expected to provide dignity, patience, and thoughtful communication — especially when working with individuals who have disabilities.
I strongly urge management to provide staff with training in disability awareness, patient rights, and customer service. Families with special needs depend on healthcare teams to be supportive and educated, not judgmental or dismissive.
Patients and families deserve better

Bro i am not waiting 2 hrs for a 2 min blood work. These Gs dont have receptionist they tell you use the ipad
Sometimes you get a really nice person, other times you get a person who is gossiping to another phlebotomist and complaining about how they need to take their break. Let’s just say customer service is not the best. No greeting. Just a stare. There is one lady (blonde hair) that is always so good. Never feel a thing with her. The others… let’s just say you feel their frustration in the poke.
I understand I owe them 330 for service, I get it.
We are trying to set up payment online for a small amount but everytime I go in they act nice and a phlebotomist hads me a detailed bill. No wonder my arm is so sore they have administration taking blood!

Went totake husband with dementia for blood test. Registered. Then woman comes out says they are closed for the day for staff meeting. Shouldn't they put that on their site.
