  Bro i am not waiting 2 hrs for a 2 min blood work. These Gs dont have receptionist they tell you use the ipad

  Sometimes you get a really nice person, other times you get a person who is gossiping to another phlebotomist and complaining about how they need to take their break. Let’s just say customer service is not the best. No greeting. Just a stare. There is one lady (blonde hair) that is always so good. Never feel a thing with her. The others… let’s just say you feel their frustration in the poke.

  Drove to this place and it's no where to be found. Can't reach anyone by phone so missed my appt. These places should have a direct line for communication and good customer service
