The lab tech I got today was awful! Very rude, was complaining about the facility that sent me over, was very condescending, and had 0 compassion. Seems very much like he needs yo find a new career because being a part of human healthcare is not for him! 0/10 would recommend this place solely on this interaction!

Hector at the W Mcdowell location was so so helpful when my clinic was not sending the right orders and went out of his way to call them and get it figured out and even call me once they got my order in. I am very appreciative of how kind and helpful he was!
