- GBGlenda BullJul 14, 20251.0I was told my 90 year old mothers insurance would pay $2500 of her hearing aids back in May, 2025. Now in July , 2025. Russeville Hearing clinic is telling us she owes the $2500, that insurance will not pay but every 5 years. Her last hearing aids were purchased through them 3/21/2021. So why didn’t they tell us that? Also we called moms insurance and there was no pre authorization call from Russellville Hearing. Kim at Russellville Hearing told me she checked with moms insurance and all she had to pay was $950. We will be returning the hearing aids and going elsewhere from now on. We will not be lied to!

I went in unaware of how bad my hearing was, he ran a few test and knew right away what I needed to help my hearing issues. He is very personable and easy to talk too as well as very explanatory about everything. I would recommend calling to make an appointment if you question your hearing. They will make you feel right at home!
