    My wife and I recently purchased glasses from this location. We went in knowing we would purchase glasses but really didn’t have a gameplan past that point. As we walked in we were greeted by Micki who helped us try on several pairs until we were both ready to checkout. At that point Kasey took over and helped us input our prescription info and even helped me upgrade my lenses without being pushy or salesy. Once our purchase was complete, Kasey thanked us and wished us well on our way out. This was a great experience and we look forward to coming back in the future.

    I came in the store 7 minutes before they closed, yet the young lady working made no attempt to make me feel rushed. She greeted me with a smile, was extremely patient and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for, ordered my new glasses, explained their return policy and asked if I needed anything else as if she wasn’t supposed to be closed before I left the store. Amazing customer service!

    Mikki was terrific. She was really knowledgeable with my confusing prescription. I was in and out with two perfect pairs today! I can't wait for them to be ready. I got a letter in the mail about this new location. Was better than I thought. It was a clean and simple experience. I can't imagine having done this online but she setup my online profile and favorites for the future as well.

    I have visited this store twice since moving to the area and have had a fantastic experience on both occasions. At my first visit, Courtney worked magic on my frames to make them fit perfectly, then we had a lovely chat while I browsed and tried on frames. At my second visit, Kasey provided exceptional service as I selected and purchased my new set of glasses, and did a wonderful job of answering all my questions. The knowledge, skills, and friendliness of the staff here (along with the amazing selection and prices of frames) will keep me coming back. Thank you, Warby Parker team!!!

    Super helpful and courteous staff! I was very indecisive on whether to get narrow or medium frames and they helped me decide based on what fit my nose and ears better. Super excited to receive my glasses, I’m glad I tried them on in person. They cleaned each pair before I tried them on which I greatly appreciated. They did mistype my email so I had to call WP customer service to get my emailed receipt/order confirmation. I looked over to verify so that’s on me. Then again, I needed new glasses lol
