    Always have the best customer service! I didn’t have anyone with me when I picked out new glasses and sunglasses and they stuck with me the whole time and helped me find the perfect pairs I felt confident in!

    The manager was great. She always is! I love almost all the employees. However: The older woman employee got mad when I asked her to remove the lenses from one pair sunglasses so I could try them as glasses. She said she wasn’t in the mood. So I went to do it, and she grabbed them from my hands and said i had pissed her off, and she wasn’t helping me anymore. I said fine, and the manager rang me up. Weird reaction from an employee given I’ve bought dozens and dozens of WP glasses over the years. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    I ordered a pair of glasses over a month ago. Still in the "building frames" phase. I have tried THREE TIMES to communicate with support and have been lied to every time. The first two were over text and was given a date they said would surely ship and each of those dates has long passed. I then tried calling support and was promised they would call me/email me with an update... 4 days later and radio silence. I have used this company for 10 years and cannot understand why they no longer care about their customers, but they clearly don't. Save your self a headache and some money and go elsewhere.
