- KLKatherine L4 days ago2.0The best part of the whole experience was the receptionist that got me initially scheduled. The dr came in to my appointment very aggressive but calmed down when I became defensive…I came for help, not to be blamed. The Dr ordered lab work for me and stated she would follow up the next day. I had to call twice to try to get results - the first call was sent to a voicemail, waited a couple of hours and called again only to be met with incredibly rude assistants that acted like it was an inconvenience to give me the results I came to them for and medical guidance for my situation. The staff said the dr tried to call, however, I had no missed calls and no voicemails - no one could give me the time she tried to call either. The staff said the dr would call “first thing” the next day. 3 days after my appointment, I STILL have yet to speak to the dr. I had to go in and get my results printed to have them. I do not recommend this clinic for more than cold symptoms and be prepared for the staff to be annoyed with your presence.

So I went to a new doctor and they discovered I had hypothyroidism and put me on blood pressure medication. After proper labs, of course.
