  Terrible experience with this location after frequenting the north little rock location and only having the best to say about that location i was sent to this location due to a technical issue at the NLR location and i went to this location and i can say i have never EVER been treated like this in a professional environment the blonde receptionist that looks like the stereotypical lonely librarian was overly rude to the point where i didn’t even wanna continue my visit and just left and went back to the NLR another day

  Absolutely APPALLED by the behavior of this place. The "Secretary" was horrible, no customer service, shoved her hand in my face when I tried to talk to her. 😡 When I asked about getting referred to here she told me that the Dr. was about to leave but if I ran I "might be able to catch him". (I should have made an appointment) As I tried to "catch" the Dr. he ran, ACTUALLY RAN, out the door and locked it. I wish I could give 0 stars, hell I wish I could give negative stars. Go to the one in North Little Rock, they are so much better.

  Went yesterday for their 2 progressive frames and lens and free eye exam 135. Right. Had 4 pair of the awfulest glasses there was only for that deal. So I had pay for the eye exam because we didn't get the glasses they picked so visit ( dr wasn't even in office ) and glasses were 79 for visit and 255 for the glasses. Ripoff

  I visited Stanton Optical On October 21, 2025 to purchase glasses for the first time. I was greeted by Spencer as I walked in. He was tremendously helpful when I asked him to pick out some spring-hinged options that were most comfortable for me. He picked out some great options and I chose the perfect pair for me. The total cost with tint was more expensive than I normally pay, but I decided to purchase them. I told Spencer, "I'll never know if I could find anything better than I already have if I never tried anything different." I tried them out and I'm extremely happy with the quality of my glasses. Spencer recorded my measurements exactly right. No adjustments were needed when I picked up my new glasses. 5 🌟 's for the great customer service that I received from Spencer!!

  Update leaving original at the bottom for context: Miss Jodie the manager did end up contacting me about my eye contacts. Unfortunately there was a lack of communication between when I went in to return the contacts and the writing of the original review. I was contacted by the supervisor Jodie and she was very apologetic about the miscommunication and fixed me up right quick. I would suggest if you have any questions to get it all in writing before making any payments so that you cover your own bottom and avoid any mishaps. Good exam, friendly tech. Was told they didn't have trials for my contacts so they had to be ordered. They were not clear that I shouldn't buy the contacts before the trials come in since they don't offer refunds on purchases. I don't think contacts are for me anymore but now I'm stuck with a $500 purchase. Their supervisor was supposed to call me for an exchange but it's been a week. Also ordered glasses that have now been two weeks. Likely going into next week before getting them. All in all, not terrible, but I wish I had gone somewhere else. Mostly due to the supervisor not calling yet even though I told the tech that I cant see well with the contacts since they get so dry. Very unprofessional. But I guess they have my money already so no need to provide great customer service anymore.
