    Jodi was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! I have been waiting to buy my progressive glasses for an entire year as most in store places did not have any glasses that made me squeal with excitement, and online ordering was too risky with the type of prescription I have. I went into Stanton Optical with my prescription, scared I wasn’t going to be able to find what I wanted, and more so not going to be able to afford something perfect with my budget. I’ve been in retail for over 23 years so customer service is so so important. Today I left with tear filled eyes. I got not only one, but TWO pairs of glasses, the top two on my “squeal” list. She worked with me on everything I needed and wanted. When she showed me my total, I thought I was looking at the price for just one pair, but no, I get two! She took the time to play around with different way to get as close as possible to stay within my budget, making some adjustments to the type of lens in order so I could get into glasses quicker because of my budget. She was able to hear my concerns, read my body language and ended up making it happen and ordering the EXACT lenses I wanted. She was absolutely WONDERFUL. Thank you Jodi for listening to my needs and wants and making it happen today. CANT WAIT TO BE ABLE TO SEE!!!! …… -customer for life

    Wait time wasn’t too bad! I felt the doctor took time to make sure I got what I needed, honestly he knew what I was gonna say before I even said it. I didn’t feel pressured to be in and out, took the time to let me go back and forth between slides. They even gave me a discount, overall the staff seemed very friendly. I do want to note that the price the call center tells you is inaccurate!! They said it would be around 80$ and ended up being around 108$ which was fine with me but the staff said they’ve been having that problem. I will likely return 10/10

    Customer service was ok I guess. My complaint is the wait and then couldn't get my prescription before I left said it would be emailed I waited for more then 30 minutes and now no one wants to answer the phone. Still have not received email for my prescription. I was told teledoc was faster and less expensive that was a lie.

    Eric saved my life. Broke my glasses and didn’t have a spare. Needed them done before I had to head back to work ( a couple days from now). Somehow he finished them in a couple hours with 0 hassle. I’m pretty sure he had to stay late which I felt bad about but by him fixing them so early I didn’t have to go home early and still got to spend time with my family for the holidays. All the of the staff was extremely nice and patient as well.

    This was my first and last experience with Staton Optical. The initial customer service was good, but I mentioned that my sister told me about them, and since they have a referral policy, I expected her to receive credit. However, I wasn’t asked for her full name to process the referral. I was also told it would take two weeks for my glasses to arrive. After four weeks, I called my sister to see if she had received her glasses, as we visited the store at different times the same day. When I called the store, I was told my glasses had arrived. Upon arrival, I found three customers already in the store, and I was ignored by the staff. Eventually, a young lady approached, handed me my glasses, and told me to look around while he would assist me shortly. I waited, and when he finally asked if I needed help, I requested a case and then left. Overall, this is not the customer service experience I want to encounter again.
