  Went here to see if I was pregnant bc I’ve had a mix of positive and negative tests. I tested negative. The nurse practitioner basically said “well you may have had a miscarriage. Who knows” and just completely dismissed the fact that I could have lost my baby. She didn’t offer comfort or even tell me the information delicately at all. She also pushed birth control on me so hard even when I said I didn’t want to take any. I went for answers and help and left utterly traumatized and felt wholly unheard. I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone

  I cannot stress enough how much I love this clinic. I’ve been coming to the Aldersgate PPH for nearly three years now for HRT. In that time, I have met some of the sweetest, most nurturing individuals. In my experience, I’ve been treated with the upmost care and respect from everyone inside the building—from the ladies at the desk to those taking vitals and labs to the providers themselves. My blood draws are painless; the environment is friendly and comforting. The only issue I’ve ever had was booking a follow up appointment in December because of the holidays, but even then, it just was what it was, and I don’t expect anyone to give up their time with family and away from work. I wish I could come here for my PCP, too. Literally always bragging about this location and the people here. Please keep up the good work! You are all doing something so vital and important to people’s lives, and I thank you 🫶

  I had never been to Planned Parenthood before, but was aware that they offer gender-affirming care. I showed up without an appointment, presenting as my feminine self, and was let in and given an appointment immediately to discuss treatment options. The staff were awesome, kind, helpful, and informative. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. I was a little nervous, but they put me immediately at ease. They made me feel welcome, and the APRN gave me detailed answers to all my questions. Planned parenthood does crucial work and I fully support their mission. I highly recommend their services.

  Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. My 15 year daughter left in tears. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
