  I had never been to Planned Parenthood before, but was aware that they offer gender-affirming care. I showed up without an appointment, presenting as my feminine self, and was let in and given an appointment immediately to discuss treatment options. The staff were awesome, kind, helpful, and informative. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. I was a little nervous, but they put me immediately at ease. They made me feel welcome, and the APRN gave me detailed answers to all my questions. Planned parenthood does crucial work and I fully support their mission. I highly recommend their services.

  Came here for post exposure care, nearly 48 hours and still haven't gotten any information on my post exposure prescription, I have been reaching out, and waiting for a call I never recieved. Extremely unprofessional for a place that is supposed to be a safe place during difficult times, I couldn't imagine how horrible I'd feel if I was coming here on more traumatic terms and couldn't get the care I needed in time edit: still haven't gotten any information on my post exposure medication, 72 hours post exposure, making the medication useless, do not come here for post exposure care edit 2: this situation was extremely frustrating and I haven't really had an explaination on why this happened, but other than this frustrating situation this planned parenthood has been helpful for me getting on PrEP and taking STI tests and the staff were kind and helpful, it's trying to actually get help after my appointment was super difficult, but anyways I'm switching from 1 stars to 2 stars

  Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. My 15 year daughter left in tears. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
