The after hours dr exchange representatives, on the other hand, are extremely rude. The gentleman that I dealt with tonight could literally care less, and you could tell by the way he was talking to me. I always give people the benefit of the doubt, but that was completely uncalled for. Scoffing at people and ask them “what they need,” like really? You could tell he did not want to be on the phone and talked so fast to hurry up and get off the phone. Very disappointed and unhappy with that service. Trust me, I wish I wasn’t calling either, but I had to.
