- KMKatherine MckinzieJun 19, 20231.0Cyclebar does provide a great workout. You get an intense 45 min of cardio. However the billing and management side is lacking. I was doing unlimited rides per month. They charge your card automatically every month. I wanted to freeze my account, but was told I have to do within 14 days of next billing cycle. So I was charged another $108. I went to freeze my account within 14 days this time, however they froze my account the day I put notice in. I was unable to ride the rest of the month that I already paid for! Front desk girl could not explain this process to me. Contacted management. Did no good. I would be VERY wary about getting auto drafted from this company. Oh, and if you want to cancel membership you have to within 30 days of next billing cycle. They want to get that extra $100+ from you.

The instructors are really fun, positive and energetic, and the sales team is very accommodating and easy to work with. If you are looking for a fun ride in a positive uplifting environment then this is the spot for you!!

I cancelled over 3 months ago and they continue to charge me every month. I can’t get a hold of anyone no matter the number of phone calls or emails, they continue to ignore me but charge my credit card. I would give 0 stars if possible. Very dishonest, lack of integrity, and sneaky.
