Went there for a urine test and physical. Lady who did my urine test was quite rude she even raised her voice for me flushing the toilet afterwards(first time doing a urine test btw), I flushed it as I was on my personal time. She then told me I had glucose in my urine, asked if I was diabetic, told her no, and that it doesn’t run in my family. She then proceeded to tell me I needed a sugar check which I told her I was fine with but that I tend to have seizures with injections but that if it was needed I’d do it. Got back to the doctor just to be told he wouldn’t do the finger prick even though I consented. Got a call from the office later on being told the reason he didn’t do it was because it was a charge… I was never informed of said charge, I was denied service. She then said “maybe he just wasn’t comfortable.” But I’m now am having to go to a neurologist to get approved for a job because they were unwilling to finger prick. I can’t afford to go through all of those hoops bc someone wasn’t willing to do their job. And when I received my paperwork back it was documentation to be checked for diabetes which I already told them I didn’t have. Overall waste of time,Communication is lacking between patients and doctors and so on.

Amazing experience from start to finish!
The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest and most professional staff. The front desk was welcoming, fast, and organized. The medical assistants were courteous and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The Doctor and PA during my injury recovery were absolutely outstanding , professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to patient care. They took their time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and work together perfectly as a team.
From check-in to check-out, everything was efficient, caring, and positive. This is hands-down one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

Horrible just horrible. If the State of Arkansas classified that as a medical facility for people, then why are there kids running around?? The aggression is the staff, posted notes about don't enter and B aggressive towards staff. That should B reported due to the kids running around, running in between people, playing with toys and that lady behind the counter,I guess that was her son with the blond hair saying nasty things at which time she told him to be quiet. That is not the place for kids and I do have the good mind to report that because I see that as an unsafe environment for the general public. If the staff has an issue because of the location, then the State should take away their license or licenses, cease operations and close that place classifying as not a nice place...
