This office is wonderful. We have a great doctor and will go here as long as we live in LR.

I scheduled and appointment. Got here at 7:30am to be told you donโ€™t accept Medicaid! Thatโ€™s insane. No one called me and said anything! I spent $35 for an uber at 8am, just to get there and be told I canโ€™t be seen! Thatโ€™s insane! ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿพ

Dr Hiegle is great but I question his support staff. I had a test run and waited results to know what to do next. Finally had to call after checking patient portal and finding nothing. When I called I expected some guidance but got none from the nurse and have not heard from the doctor. I have a paper subscription that when I came in in April I was supposed to get a script covering April, May,and June. I got the April fine but when I went to fill May meds I had two to be filled in June but nothing to cover May so I called the nurse line and didn't get a response. (Normal) so I called the front desk and expressed my concerns they said they would check and have the nurse call me back when I could come in and get a replacement. That was a week ago... I have been happy with my care as far as the visit but follow up has been lacking. When I was supposed to be sent out for services I have had to call back and then shortly after that I finally get action. The service is great as long as you are willing to pester to get Dr directed services.
