While the doctor I had used is very knowledgeable and experienced, the support staff in the front office is highly inefficient, and one staff member was rude and argumentative. The doctor allows ineptitude in the front office where the staff is either untrained or uncaring (or both). They check you in late, make you wait without making eye contact or then try to argue with you when they are unable to change your records to reflect accurate data. These things happened on multiple occasions. There is a concerning lack of customer service!
