My concern is that I was charged for a visit I couldn’t make because I was ill.! I decided that it would be more responsible to stay home rather than go and possibly infect the many others that are there. However I was charged for the visit for not giving 24 hours notice. I gave as much notice as possible. I know I signed a paper saying I would pay for missed visits. I guess they prefer you come and possibly infect the other people than doing the right thing by staying away from. them I would not recommend them because of this policy. I liked the therapist but this policy needs to consider why an appointment is canceled
