- EFEva ForbushOct 7, 20231.0Went in for a basic eye exam for a new prescription for glasses. No medical issues were addressed or treated. This office insisted on billing it as a medical appointment thru my medical insurance instead of using my vision insurance. That results in me paying extra money for a basic eye exam that is covered by vision insurance at no copay but was charged the higher medical insurance copay instead. Will not be a repeat customer due to this unnecessary charge being made.
