As a social worker for a skilled nursing facility, I appreciate the responsiveness from Jackie P., and her willingness to help “rehome” a referral if CareIV is out of network or unable to accommodate a persons needs. I’ve heard nothing but great things from patients that have discharge with CareIV’s services, and returning patients have chosen to utilize their services again and again-which tells me they’ve been satisfied! If the therapists and nurses working for CareIV are half as wonderful as Jackie, I know you will be well taken care of!!

- SASteven AdamsMar 12, 20241.0First, I sent an inquiry via their online form and never heard anything. Then, I called in to ask some questions about personal care services. I was told that they don't provide personal care even though there's a section on their website under home care services for personal care. When I mentioned that part of their website, the lady I was talking to just restated that they don't provide it and quickly ended the call. I was going to ask about physical therapy as well, but the lady was so short with me, that I didn't even bother. I think they need to be responsive when people send messages, update their site if they don't offer the service, and get people that will take more time with potential customers.
