I had a great conversation with the manager, Doug. Very,very nice people. The price was so good that I fully expected a catch,but one never came,only a great deal. We returned less than an hour later to find one of the 2 pairs we purchased, ready to go,and polished for that extra touch of customer service. 5 stars,and I've already referred a friend, who will be seeing them next week.
- AAAbc123Nov 5, 20251.0Worst eye exam experiences I have ever had. The staff are very friendly but clearly overwhelmed by walk ins which leads to very long wait times. There’s no point in scheduling appointments in the afternoon. Expect to wait 1-1.5 hours. They seem to have equipment issues and trouble getting people on the virtual call or whatever for certain appointments. I also don’t think my prescription is right. I also tried going to the Little Rock location instead which was way out of our way and the doctor just didn’t show up for the pre-scheduled appointment. They called me to cancel it 10 minutes before the appointment after we drove all the way from Conway and arrived an hour early. I would never go back to any location. I will only use private practices going forward where I can trust a doctor is onsite and the exams are accurate. At this point, I am just glad I didn’t buy expensive glasses from here.

I knew I was getting more headaches and avoiding driving at night because the headlights and even stop lights were just killing my eyes. The exam was so precise and simple and the main owner was so nice and helpful! And i agree with the other reviewers! The selection is incredible!! I’ll be going back for more frames soon!
