- LLLaurenSep 25, 20251.0If you go to this clinic do not see Dr. Marrero. Just left my 2 hr appointment where I was belittled and he was extremely condescending. But the worst of it was being aggressively shoved in my shoulder 7 times in a row to the point my head snapped forward. I have never had such a terrible experience in which I had to turn around and pay $50 for, all because I wanted to start allergy drops.

I have had multiple tubes done by this Clinic and have had Turbinate Reduction sugary. When I called recently to get my drops refiled I was very surprised that i was no longer a patient for this clinic. I hadn't been to them in over a year so now I would need to schedule a visit and wait almost 3 months to get in to basically start out as a new patient. If I wasn't a new patient I could have gotten in within a week. SOMEONE please explain to me how this isn't insurance fraud. That I need to spend money with insurance and co-pays yearly for NO reason to remain a patient. I understand that they would want a visit to re-check or evaluate before refilling my drops. But to drop me a a Patient?? This screams of a scam of some kind and I will be reporting.
