They did fine 9 years ago with 1 child but with my youngest child they made a treatment plan that 2nd and 3rd opinions we contacted were physically upset by. I won’t elaborate further but I suggest if your child needs extensive work done you get a 2nd opinion before trusting their “treatment plan”. Not saying it’s always wrong here but in our case it was wrong and there were consequences for our young child. Every dentist has a different method just make sure it’s the best one out there and *check around*

One star is far too generous for this office. The staff at the front desk are consistently unprofessional, rude, and unwelcoming. Their attitude alone is enough to make families feel unwelcome the moment they walk in. During our second visit with our 18-month-old, we were suddenly told that only one parent was allowed to accompany our child in the back. Strangely, on our first visit both of us were allowed to be present. So which is it? A real policy—or just whatever the staff decides on a whim? Either way, it reflects extremely poor consistency and a complete disregard for families’ needs. This rule might make sense for an older child who can understand what’s happening. But with a teething toddler who is frightened, cannot communicate, and often requires both parents to manage even a simple tooth-brushing at home, it is completely inappropriate. For the staff to dismiss this concern with coldness and zero empathy shows an alarming lack of sensitivity for the well-being of young patients. Pediatric dental care should prioritize compassion and support, especially for infants and toddlers. Instead, this office demonstrates the opposite: hostility, rigidity, and an unwillingness to meet children and families where they are. If you value professionalism, consistency, and basic human decency in your child’s care, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I cannot even begin to put into words how amazing Sarah Farmer is at this dentist office. My son has had many struggles with getting dental work done due to sensory/processing disorder and she has so much patience and kindness. She was called to this profession and I am so grateful. I 100% recommend this office, especially Sarah Farmer.
