Dr. Cutrer provides his cell phone for emergencies and responded to me promptly. When I arrived at their office, it was clear to me that helping me was a top priority - all while they were serving other patients as well. He correctly diagnosed the issue after careful testing, referred me to the appropriate specialist, and made sure all was on track. The other dental professionals on his team were highly responsive, kind, and supportive. We have several decades of positive experience as patients of this practice, but I found out today that they happily go the extra mile when a patient is in need of help (and nothing puts you "in need" of help like a tooth problem!).

Every appointment instead feels like I'm visiting family who happen to work in dentistry. It was especially helpful that while they were out of network, they always helped me with payments when I needed. If you are in the Rocky Ridge area or even elsewhere, this is a dentist office I would recommend.
