I have bad hearing problems and had to ask her to repeat a lot of things. She got agitated and cussed me, told me not to call back and hung up on me!!!! Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬

We sat in sub waiting for almost 2 hours before being moved to a room. Once there the wait wasn't that bad before Dr. Laura came in to see her. She was attentive and answered every question and concern that we had. She sat down and looked my mom in her face before beginning her evaluation; she didn't rush off but took her time. We then went to the lab and were in and out from that point. Charity is great as well; they promptly call and answer any questions you have. The only reason they get this rating was the super long wait time with no explanation; otherwise they would have gotten a 5.
