    I called in Tuesday to schedule an appointment and a girl named Jonie assisted me, she was extremely rude!! I have bad hearing problems and had to ask her to repeat a lot of things. She got agitated and cussed me, told me not to call back and hung up on me!!!! Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬

    Would rate less than 1 star if I could. Know that if you get sent here for a disability determination that you should NOT expect a fair or knowledgeable report to be filed about you. A family member who has not been able to work for two years due to debilitating back and leg issues was sent here for a physical consult as part of the disability determination process. After waiting almost an hour past our appointment time, Dr. Laura G. Deichmann finally saw us. Her exam was MINIMAL to say the least. It consisted of a short conversation where Dr. Deichmann inquired about past surgeries, followed by a brief physical test, most of which my family member could not do. The resulting report was filled with FALSE STATEMENTS (LIES). Dr Deichmann claimed my family member was able to successfully perform the various physical tests, when in fact they were not able to and told the doctor that directly. Dr Deichmann also reported that she saw no swelling, but aside from listening to my family member's chest and back with a stethoscope, there was no physical exam whatsoever. Unless Dr Deichmann has x-ray vision it would be impossible to detect swelling or lack of swelling through the clothes. Not sure what would incentivize a medical practice to file false reports, but I can assure you that this practice and Dr Deichmann specifically, did just that. Stay away from this practice!

    Dr. Khdair is by far one of the best doctors ive ever seen his nurses are also very caring and make you feel like family. However, the office staff are some of the rudest people ive ever encountered especially those responsible for answering calls and scheduling appointments. If it werent for doctor khdair and his nurses i would give this facility 1 star.
