Only took an MRI of my back, despite having issues with my arms and legs (which later he said might be in my neck and we should have gotten that in the MRI ($800 later)). I can't even get my medical records because they charge $1 per page and I've been out of work with a "pulled muscle" for 4 months. Thankfully, I finally got a referral to someone who listened to my symptoms and got me on the right track for a diagnosis. Great place if you're looking for a muscle relaxer dispensary and don't require documentation of your medical records.
