- UUUnknownAug 25, 20251.0It is a convenient location but some of the employees are not trained properly and can be rude at times. Brittany is a pleasure to work with however she is the only one I’ve had a good experience with. Can’t recommend until changes are made there.

Hopefully I will have better luck next time because I feel like I will have to call again in the future as the call left me with zero confidence in this company.

After I called to find out why I had not heard from anyone, I was informed that the paperwork had been processed but the medical equipment I needed wasn't in stock & when it would be in stock was unknown. Why not tell me, while I'm there turning in paperwork, that it wasn't in stock? And please do not make patients/customers wait for no reason AND have them call to find out what's going on. Sidenote, the staff was friendly.
