- SBShemika BrownDec 17, 20253.0I visited this location to make an appointment for an eye exam and the young lady told me to go ahead and look at frames so I'd know what I want when I returned. It was weird to me because I've never worn glasses and I simply wanted to set up an appointment for the exam (which I explained). Fast forward a few days later (today) I came in for my appointment and I had to keep telling them that I don't wear glasses OR contacts. It didn't seem to commute. During my exam, the tech didn't really walk me through what to do until I asked. After the hybrid exam, nothing was explained to me about my vision or the results of the exam. I was told to pick out frames and handed papers. I paid and left because I was running late for another doctor's appointment (I was told it would only take a few minutes initially. The few minutes turned into 45+). After getting home and reading the paperwork, I see recommendations that were not discussed during my appointment. I felt rushed through just to make a sale. I will pick up my glasses, but won't be returning for any more services.

He was being a jerk the entire time we were trying to get frames so we decided to walk out and take our business elsewhere. I wouldn’t advise the geico lizard to get glasses here.

Talaya was so patient and sweet while I searched for it, she even checked to make sure it was in the system. Everyone who helped us went above and beyond and was so sweet when asking them anything. Talaya, Tonya, and Molly all went above and beyond to make my appointment smooth and easy.
