  Charge me lots money and don’t get job done Ask for full refund they only give me part of money back Bc”we take a lot effort on your case” Consider only write couple piece paper of estimate cost of my case as “ a lot effort” Then charge me 500 bucks That money really come easy Worest clinic like Madison dental care

  Dr. Allen and his staff are top notch! The office is clean, well maintained, they offer water bottles and coffee and it is a pleasure to visit. I have never had to wait for an appointment. The hygienists are gentle and thorough. Dr. Allen is very conservative in his approach and does not rush into crowns or other work. I have been seeing Dr. Allen for over 20years and his office feels like family. Highly Recommend him!

  Love Dr. Dale Allen and his professional staff. I have been going there since I was early childhood, I am now 31 years old. I love every single one of those ladies and Dr. Dale! I have never had an issue with Dr. Dale's procedures, I have had fillings, and they even give me goody bags and samples of toothpastes, etc. Professional demeanor, always clean, good music, and they even let you pick which TV station to watch in your room while you wait! Everyone is always bright and smiling every time I go. Will never go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Dale!

  Dr. Dale Allen is the best dentist we've ever worked with and as a military family we've seen LOTS of dentists. He and his entire staff are friendly, engaged, professional and just so darned good at what they do. You wont' be disappointed. No need to look any further.
