We have been using Dr Wilbanks for 13 years. My daughter's entire life. She was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate and has hearing loss and wears hearing aides. Because of this we do not see Dr Wilbanks very often because she jas so many other doctors that she sees, but when we do come the visits are always pleasant and through. I am EXTREMELY opinionated and do not compliment easily. I also was a business manager for 20 years and customer service and proper customer interactions is extremely important to me. I have always had a wonderful experience with the office. We need there help often with forms for my doctor for other doctors and referrals as well as other things and they always try to do whatever they can to help us. I think they also know this Mama has a lot on her plate (all Mama's do but when you have a daughter that has had 20 surgeries so far at 13 years old and has an average of 4-5 appointments a month 1.5 hours from home the past 13 plus years I have a bit more) so they may help me a tad more. But I am thankful for them and Dr Wilbanks.
To the reviews upset you have to wait too long (where do you go to a great doctor that you don't wait at?l and the ones upset you left without medication, that is not always a bad thing. For most sicknesses like a cold the best thing is saline rinses, humidifiers, some over the counter fever reducer if they need it and lots of fluids. As a first time mother 20 years ago I remember getting upset after waiting in an office for a long time and leaving without medication but that's not always a bad thing I have learned.
I do wish Dr Wilbanks had a lab and xray in office, I HATE going to the hospital to do them because I'm not a fan of that hospital. More poor experiences than good ones, although it's not always terrible. But I understand with him being in the hospital its an expense/ or something not necessary for his office.
Thank you Dr Wilbanks and LADIES for always taking care of my girl 🥰

I used Dr. Wilbanks with my now grown children and with my grandchildren. If you are looking for a Dr. to give your kids medicine when they don’t need it, he’s not the one. He only prescribed meds when they are needed. I wish he were still in Winfield.
