A professional female voice answered on the 1st ring, transferred me to the Pharmacist on duty per my request (Hashan), and within 5 minutes flat he answered All my questions, took the time to look up and explain the differences of needed over the counter medications, never rushed me, stayed impeccably calm and professional throughout the phone call, then stated he would have the 3 needed medications/products with the frontline Pharm Tech team for pickup. 5* Over the Phone Service, as well as, the Same in person Experience!
