They go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable. Always greeted when you enter the facility.They also call you by your name during session and not treat you like a number. They check on you to make sure the therapy is helpful and that the exercises are not too painful. They always ask how things are going and if you are exercising outside of scheduled sessions.
