- CCCarol ClowdusOct 9, 20251.0I’ve never met Dr. Ayers, but I have seen Ashley, the nurse practitioner, several times, and she has always been very kind and attentive. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff has been very disappointing. Calls are rarely returned, and prescriptions have been left on hold at the pharmacy for weeks because no one followed up to provide the needed information. After several attempts to resolve these issues, we made the decision to transfer care elsewhere. When I stopped by to request my son’s medical records, I was told they wouldn’t be released because we were changing doctors, and that the prescriptions we’ve been waiting on for over two weeks would not be completed. It’s unfortunate, because Ashley herself has been wonderful, but the lack of communication and follow-through from the staff has made it impossible to continue care here.
