- RPRachel Pollard3 days ago5.0Quick & efficient for kidney stones. Dr. Lee was great; she has lovely bedside manner. She listens. My RN-Garland was awesome. He didn’t get IV on 1st stick, but NEVER hurt me. THANK YOU GARLAND!!! Rough RNs are the worst!!! Arrived mid afternoon 4pmish, many were leaving their shift. No one in waiting room. Reception/INtake was WONDERFUL!! Those ladies are fantastic & do not get enough respect. Triage RN- male- bit rough, not too professional, actually spoke the words-can’t wait till I get outta here—. Sorry, in my opinion, if you feel this way it WILL INFECT OTHERS & no doubt bring everyone down. This gentleman needed to be let go for the day. Then I saw Garland & Dr. Lee. CT staff was kind, professional & respectful. However I never signed anything upon discharging-which I’m sure it’s on file etc— but thought it was strange I never signed that I received my paperwork (??) Is this protocol? No complaints!! Great ER visit!!

- JMJessica MorganNov 14, 20255.0Riverview’s heart and vascular center is state of the art. I was treated as if I the patient actually mattered. From the moment I checked in I was greeted with a warm and caring smile. My surgery prep nurse Patrick was absolutely fantastic. He made sure that my medical history was properly documented and even took his time letting me know what was going to happen at each step throughout my day. Once I was taken to the carry lab there was a tall red haired gentleman there who’s words were soft and comforting. All of the nurses as well as Dr BJ Patel spoke to me, introducing themselves and explaining everything that was about to take place. Which is such a relief for people who have anxiety. The operating room was very clean, including the ceiling and everywhere I could see. The cath lab monitor was large enough that I could even see parts of the procedure before I fell asleep. Once in the recovery I still received the same care. I was freezing and they quickly got me extra blankets to warm me up. I will recommend this facility to everyone. It truly is a great place to. This was my 1st heart cath ever and I am please to say it was an excellent experience
- ESE SouthNov 11, 20255.0I had a great experience for 2 outpatient procedures I had done at the same time. I was very impressed with the efficiency and quality of care. My two pre-op nurses, Leslie (pre-op) and Carol (IV), were so great and helped calm my nerves and dread. They both helped to explain the process and answered my many questions. My post-op nurse, Ciara, was amazing! She was so kind and caring during the recovery. She explained what to do afterwards to help me have a smooth recovery day. I couldn’t have asked for better, or more caring support, during the entire process. The people were outstanding and truly made a difference.

I took my daughter in today, 11/3/25, for persistent vomiting & instead of running an xray to make sure she didn’t have an obstruction- they poked her belly, gave her an apple juice & sent her home. I took her to children’s immediately after where they did an xray, and the results were much different. Riverview denied my child proper care more than likely because they didn’t want to work with a pediatric patient. This is medical malpractice. If I didn’t listen to my gut for another opinion - my daughter could have gotten a severe infection. I won’t ever return. A veterinarian clinic would have been a better place to start than this so called “emergency room”. I would give no stars if I could.
