  This doctor left & did NOT leave someone to properly replace him & they gave NO WARNING that I would not recieve the same care & medical treatment. They refused to write an important prescription that I have recieved for the last 6 or 7 years. The prescriptions that I did recieve, were written completely wrong & way off from my previous dosages & amounts with one being prescribed in a dangerous way that will cause massive & dangerous rebound inflammation & bad side effects. They also up & left the office they were using without giving any prior information & without telling us there would be a new location. I had to find an empty building with a sign on the door before I found out it had been moved. I can't imagine how bad the experience was for patients who are disabled & have a hard time getting around. I'm infuriated to say the least because I was left without no prior warning that I would not recieve the same medical care & treatment & now I have to scramble to find a doctor before I suffer major health issues & I have to find a way to adjust my insurance so I can be covered because this was my primary care physician & I can't get coverage without his referral. I don't know if I should be angry at Dr. Perry for abadoning his patients without making sure we would be taken care of or if I should be angry at the new people who refuse to treat the patients properly. If I had the means, I would sue them for dangerously abandoning their patient without a plan for proper replacement care.

  Recently visited with my wife. The staff was extremely rude and insensitive. Even hung up the phone one is when we tried to call back to ask a question. She has used this doctor for years but after our experience today we will not be returning

  He is unassuming but quite on the ball and thorough. Takes ownership of their patient's health without being in you face about it. I was seriously ill a couple of years ago and he was right there for me and my wife had an e ven more and ultimately fatal condition and Dr Perry go her into the MICU unit at St Vincent in Trussville when UAB unit was full when hospital here was dragging their feet trying to find somewhere to transfer her to even though she would be down there and out of his care.
