    This place overbooks themselves WAY too much. Clearly this Dr needs to stop taking new clients or start referring people out. When we get there and there 11 people in line waiting to check in and 20+ people in the waiting room already, your doing too much. Have an appointment for a certain time but dont get seen for 3 hours afterwards. The staff sound exhausted about it too. Being told "idk when we can see you." When we ARE booked for that day already. I warn everyone to stay away and find another route. This screams assembly line to turn out as much people as possible to make as much $ as possible. Theres no way your giving quality care. How many people are being pushed to another day? How many people are being ignored or not listened to? I love how they respond with an excuse but its like this everytime we come.

    This place always takes FOREVER to call us back for my stepson. When we finally get back there, after about 10 minutes, Strunk will come in and ask us "is the medicine working" and thats it. He has never actually sat with him or talked to him to see his behavior.

    Would put 0 stars, but we all know Google doesn't allow that. After contacting the pharmacy where my child's prescription was supposed to be sent, I was informed by them to contact Dr. Strunk's office, as they had not received the prescription on their end. I then called Dr. Strunk’s office as instructed and opted in by pressing the number '4 for Prescriptions' and was immediately met with unprofessional and irate behavior from Jessica. I was trying to explain the situation that I had dealt with with the pharmacy to her, but before I could fully get the explanation out, she started yelling and talking over me. She told me that I was speaking with a 3rd-party store member from Walgreens and did not know what I was talking about, and she did because she deals with these situations all day, every day. She decided to call the pharmacy herself just to prove me wrong, and when she finally got the person on the phone that I had already spoken with, twice before this call with her, about my child's prescription, they inform her that the prescription was not available on their end and that they needed her to resend the prescription, which I was calling to inform her of that myself, but was met with a rude, over talking, disrespectful behavior. After they finally convinced her that they needed her to resend the prescription, from what I heard, she did so and ended the call with them. I then asked her for clarification on whether or not what the pharmacy informed her was the same as what I had initially attempted to because I did not hear the full conversation; I only heard her end of the conversation. Once again, I was interrupted and got over-talked and told that she was “Not about to argue with me!” and told that the pharmacy needed my child’s insurance information. I had then attempted to inform her that I was not trying to argue with her, but if she had treated me with the respect I deserved, and not over-talked and yelled at me, then we could have ended the conversation with me telling her I needed her to resend the prescription to the pharmacy. But to my surprise, once again, I was over-talked and told to “Have a blessed day, sir! Bye!” and had the call ended in the middle of what should have been a mature conversation, but instead was met with what I could best describe as an unnecessarily disrespectful and immature behavior. Not to mention, an apology for being treated like I was the one in the wrong when, in actual reality, it was the exact opposite. To whomever this may reach, I pray you have a prodigious day and that you be safe and stay blessed. Thank you for your time.

    Doctor is very rude and doesn't listen to his patients. Would never go back or recommend to anyone else.

    My husband made a visit today, everything went well… until we got to the pharmacy and the pharmacy told us that his insurance would cover the medicine that it would be $200 and he can’t afford that so I call up there “keep in mind I’m on his paperwork for them to discuss his medical information with me” and I ask to speak with someone who can help me get him a similar medicine. Well this lady answers the phone I do believe her name was Jessica and she ask what I need help with I explain the situation and she tells me that there’s nothing she can do to help me so I ask to speak with the Dr she says no I can not that he doesn’t just come to the phone then she proceeds to ask who I am so I tell her and she says I’m sorry we only speak to the patient then hangs up in my face!!! even when I told her just to hold on a second that he was right beside me!!! My husband calls back because he’s furious! She basically does the same exact thing to him! Tells him there’s nothing she can do that she hopes he has a nice day then hangs up! He continues to call back again to set up another appointment so he can speak to the Dr himself, then finally a nice lady answers we explain the situation to her and she says that she can fax over something to his insurance so that they will cover his medication at his pharmacy instead of him having to come all the way back up there. I wish I could have gotten her name because she definitely needs a raise and the other lady should be fired! She’s bad for their business! Very rude and very unprofessional!!
