- MMMDec 7, 20251.0There is no optometrist at the Dothan location. You will have an exam by someone who is not a doctor. The male who helped me was rude. He cursed and was involved in some drama with his wife while seeing me so his phone kept receiving texts that were loud and disruptive. My husband’s contacts cost more here than any other place we have used. I think my glasses prescription is a little off from what it should be. But I didn’t get to see an actual optometrist and the other guy was cursing and talking about kicking his step daughter out of his house and distracted the whole time he was checking my eyes. He was irritable and impatient. This was my first and last time getting glasses here. Also I had to show them what was covered by my insurance because they said the corporate office refuses to give them a PIN number to verify the insurance. My appointment was made in advance so they should have got my info and verified insurance before my appointment.

Luckily I was able to walk-in and get a temporary lenses for my one eye. The staff was the most helpful and understanding of my situation. Highly recommend based off the customer services and professionalism of the staff! Thank y’all so much!!!
