I work in long term care, and with many different hospice companies, but when it was time to rely on a hospice to care for my loved one, there was only one choice! Hospice of the Valley will always have a special place in my heart!

- MBMa BellOct 20, 20251.0Horrible experience!!!!! Overmedicated my loved one without family’s knowledge. Social worker (new one and old one) never returned my phone call. Don’t even know if they have a chaplain. because never offered that service. Had to provide own toiletries that I didn’t know until now are provided by other hospice companies. Thankfully I found out in time to get my mom off those narcotics and back to where she can talk with her loved ones, get out of bed , and eat and drink. Research hospice companies carefully and ask a lot of questions.
