  I am very pleased with my experience today with Dr. Kim and his staff. I am the worst dental patient and have extreme issues when I get in a dental chair. However, the staff today did everything right. I appreciate their patience with me even though I took up a lot of Dr. Kim's time that he wasn't expecting. They made me comfortable, handled me as a patient and themselves professionally. The gentleman who prepared me for the Dentist was respectful, calm, and compassionate. Dr. Kim calmed me with his humor and not letting his frustration show. That's hard to come by in a Dentist. I appreciate their swiftness as well to get me taken care of.

  I had dentures made at the dentist office 14 years ago. The denturist at that time did an absolutely amazing job which got this dentist office a lot of referrals by me fast forward. I need dentures that fit. I went in for my first wax try in last week the denturist did not measure my teeth, so he ordered very thick, very long, very wide teeth. I immediately expressed that to Dr. Kim Dr. Kim said he did measure them. The denturist told me he did not there’s a huge communication issue in this office as I’m doing the first wax try in as to be expected. It’s basically just to look at the teeth and see what you think of them. The denturist goes on to tell me something that’s missing on my current denture and asks do I have a gag reflex? I tell him no and he tells me you probably have a very happy husband tells me it flew over my head. I said my husband‘s happy with me without teeth or with teeth and then I finally caught on he said don’t. be embarrassed. I’m married too basically shows me his wedding ring through the glove as if that made him more professional today I went in for a second wax try and I just overlooked everything. The man said to continue with the goal of getting a Set of dentures that fit we already discussed that I need a smaller tooth size. He sat with me for a while today and basically just continued to add more wax over the Teeth he ordered that were too large, giving me a very gummy smile, which I am not fond of. He discussed with me how we would move forward the next thing I know the nurse walks in the room now there’s a change of plans he no longer wants to fix teeth for me. He brags about Making a grill for Flo Rida tells me our last denturist were alcoholics and drug addicts. I continue to ask to speak to Dr. Kim and was refused that and then they gave my insurance company the runaround about refunding my insurance company the lady on the phone today said it was not her job to do the extra legwork to contact my insurance company to find out how to refund the money it indeed is her job. This was very unfair to me so I will never refer anyone else there they’ve lost their integrity. They have definitely lost their professionalism and if you’re not happy with Chiclets for teeth and you don’t want to sign off on the first wax try in they don’t want to deal with you. I guess it’s a really good thing that I recorded my visits because I was recording my teeth. I also had to pay extra even though my insurance company covers this 100%. I had to pay an extra amount for the color so beware this office is no longer what it once was. they literally wasted so much of my time, and I have to travel from one county to another. I only trusted them because they made good dentures for me in the past. I also caught them in a lie today a gentleman came in very angry in the waiting room complaining about having his dentures made in June and they have already broken twice. They told my mother that it was because he continued to eat nuts and then today I was told the reason his denture was literally split and broken in half was because he stepped on them. It absolutely turned into an absolute ridiculous appointment. Who knows maybe this is a blessing in disguise but beware. I have a 14-year-old pair of dentures that was made here years ago. They have lasted this long from a prior denturist. One of my teeth popped off. I was told there was no charge now that they have to refund the money back to my insurance and the money back to me for ordering teeth that were way too big in my denture, and he just continued to try to cover it with more and more wax, they got worse and now they want to try to bill me for that one tooth that he glued on that popped off two days later no one would be happy with this I will give zero stars if there was a way possible to do so, but you have to give one in order to leave a review

  my husband cracked a tooth and they got him in as soon as possible, gave him great care & was super affordable! i really appreciate the time & effort they put into him. thank y’all so much!
