I’d been wanting to check out Warby for years, and when I saw one at Summit, I put it on my to-do list. I was FLOORED by how easy and fast the amazing staff made it to choose frames and check out. And my gosh, the cost was 1/6th of where I went for my first pair nearby 2 years ago…and I’ve never loved the ones I bought back then.
I probably won’t ever go anywhere other than Warby P now that I’ve had such a wonderful experience. THANKS, LESLIE!!!

Rude staff. Walked in with a friend wasn’t greeted by anyone. Didn’t get any assistance from anyone until a nice man approached 5 minutes later after looking around. One lady (employee) just about bumped into me and never apologized or acknowledged me. Very rude will never return and don’t suggest anyone (especially outside of their target audience, if you know what I mean) to visit.

Received glasses, took them to be adjusted and also asked for last year glasses to be adjusted that I bought same company but different state. The optometrist raved about the glasses how durable they were and what they was made of and such. They did not have them at that store. She loved them. Well went back that evening bc the new glasses was blurry for up close objects. The lady that took my prescription said I didn’t need anything extra that the rx said bc of my age but the near site prescription messed up the close up vision bc she didn’t know what she was doing when ordered. Needed the anti fatigue power to see up close. Well I decided since they had to send those back to ask if I could just keep my old pair and just get the new lenses. I also talked about how I loved them in the peach color that are online. That could have been ordered. She said yes I could just get only the lenses. She changed the address to there and told me she would call me to come there and bring old frames to swap out lenses. She gave me the receipt . I said this price is only for lenses . She said yes don’t pay attention to the description it’s only the lenses. So I left and got to thinking . The prices there are the frame and lenses. I called the help desk and she said I did pay for frames too to go back. The optometrist was going to steal the frames from me! She could have said I could order the peach pair but she had the addressed changed bc she liked the blue pair I already had so much and was going to keep them! When I went back she said I could of picked out any frames I wanted in store and told me I was getting the frames too! I told her that is not how it went. Got a refund and left ! I questioned her so much before and even told her I was making sure I understood.
