- RHRicheryl HillAug 22, 20221.0My first visit to Dr. Avery was a nightmare. I went to the Gardendale location. I waited for over an hour and a half due to a mix up with paperwork. Once that was taken care of Dr. Avery came in and was extremely rude. He was extremely arrogant and spoke to me in a very condescending way. He does not explain things well in a way that a patient would understand. I had to repeatedly ask him to please explain what these medical terms mean. The worst experience I’ve ever had with any doctor. He recommended a procedure for me and I wouldn’t let him operate on my fish more less me. Very poor bedside manner.

I will always use him and would recommend him 100 per cent. Ive also not ever had to wait a long time in his princeton office. Happy patient.
