6 hours ago New I had an appointment and once I arrived we were greeted within 3-6 minutes of being there. There were 2 young ladies seemingly attending the front desk. One associate was supporting a male patient while the other young lady ( mid-late 20’s, blondish:brown hair, slender in build ) DEALT with us.After providing name, DOB and which physician we were seeing we were instructed to have a seat and they would check us in.We followed instructions as provided.Roughly 5-8 minutes later we were told the physician ( Dr.Ewing) was in surgery and not available. When the question was posed about not being contacted earlier in the day since the appointment was at 4pm.We were abruptly informed that “ their system showed I was called at 10 Am” Although, there were no missed calls, recieved calls, unknown numbers AND no voice NOR text messages visible on my device. I, completely understand about an emergency causing you to miss an appointment, likewise I would and still can accept the fact that the business may have gotten busy and they forgot, neglected or simply had a lapse of timing regarding calling and letting patients know of the scenario. What I can not forgive nor understand is why the associate/s displayed such a hostile, dismissive and down right nasty attitude towards us when the error was one that wasn’t shared.Any gesture of acknowledgment or acceptance would have been ideal here.I have been to this facility on multiple occasions and would say that the client rapport until this incident was impeccable. The young lady that “ helped” us absolutely left a lot to be desired with simple KINDNESS being the most important.Typically, this type of engagement would have warranted a simple conversation with the “lead, supervisor or manager “ but, since there were at least 2/3 other “ team members “ watching this happen and no one saw fit to correct , intervene nor make it right….that option almost seems comical.

I started off seeing Dr. Aziz who is no longer there. He was a good and kind doctor. He did what he so that I could have some relief in back. His assistant at the time (a guy) was good at communicating with me if I had any questions. Ever since he left, things have been TERRIBLE! Every receptionist I’ve talked to is unprofessional and not friendly at all. I’m always on hold for a long time and would have to hang up and call back. I would always sit in the waiting room for 45 mins to an hour or more to be seen. I was in contact with Dr. Buggay’s assistant about completing forms for me which were supposed to be to be done at the end of July. After calling many times trying to get in touch with his assistant, I was told she no longer work there. I was put in contact with the Coordinator Kim who promised me that she would get me what I needed while she was going to be working on paperwork the following day which was September 4, 2025. I emailed her September 10 for an update and have not received a response or my completed paperwork. I’ve been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this has gotten out of hand. I only gave two stars because my experience with Dr.Aziz was not so bad.

Dr Estes is one of the best doctors around. From my initial visit with he was compassionate and had a plan to get my knee fixed. I’m having surgery with Dr Estes. I had knee surgery with Andrews and wasn’t satisfied and came to Dr. Estes as a second opinion and he has been nothing but great and told me surgery was the best option. Laura his clinical coordinator is nothing but amazing as well. I highly recommend Dr. Estes he is phenomenal I will continue to use him for all my orthopedic needs.

I find Dr. Buggay to be attentive and thorough. The office staff have always been cordial and accommodating. As with any highly sought after practice, extenuating circumstances occur. Flexibility and a desire to provide necessary treatment and support may affect the schedule, but it is always worth the wait! Excellent Practice!!

I have an L1 fracture. Dr. Hofammann talked to me for about 2 minutes. Didn't take any x-rays of his own, just used the ER x-rays. He told me everything the ER had told me then his nurse came and took me out to her desk to reschedule. I didn't get any guidance on how I'm suppose to sit, get up, stand, lay, or anything with my back in this condition. Literally a waste of time. "Don't lean or bend" Thanks doc, it's not like I can do that anyway.
