I can't say enough good things about Dr. Michael G. Martin and his team in Trussville! From the moment I walked in for my shoulder pain, the entire clinic staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring—it made a stressful situation feel so much easier. Dr. Martin took the time to thoroughly diagnose my shoulder condition, listening patiently to all of my concerns and asking thoughtful questions to get the full picture. He explained everything in detail, in a way that was easy to understand, and never rushed through appointments. What impressed me most was his conservative approach—he suggested highly effective non-surgical options (physical therapy, injections, and lifestyle adjustments) that significantly reduced my pain before we even discussed surgery. It felt like he truly had my best interests at heart. He also treated my elderly mother for her shoulder issues, and his kindness toward her was heartwarming. He was patient, compassionate, and made sure she felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The front desk, nurses, and the rest of the staff were just as wonderful—efficient, friendly, and always ready to help with scheduling or questions. The whole experience, from check-in to follow-ups, was outstanding. If you're dealing with shoulder problems or any orthopedic issues, I highly recommend Dr. Michael G. Martin. He's an exceptional surgeon and an even better person. Thank you, Dr. Martin and team, for the excellent care!

I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Martin and his staff work amazing together. They feel more like a family then just another medical facility. This goes for the physical theophy department too. From reception to outtake everyone is a friendly and courteous. Very professional. 5 stars to whoever built that team!

I was in a truck wreck, he was good to treat me in the beginning. Went back after a heart attack, and two surgeries a year later. Due to hurting in the same places from the wreck. Sure it was a year later but i was deathly sick. As soon as i stopped therapy i got sick. By June i had the heart attack. Tells me i was already having issues with my heart while i was in his care. I felt better while in therapy but as soon as i was done i felt like shit!! I cant help it i went back a year later, i had alot of recoverys. His assistant was rude and was in the hallway telling Dr. Martin i was making it up. Said it loud enough where i heard it plain as day. Dr. martin came in and refused to see me and wrote a bull crap report. Glad you know i how feel and especially not even examining me!! Darn funny i found a new Dr. Who has been so great and already scheduled an MRI and gave me meds to try and help but so far it hasn't. But atleast she cares!! I have never felt so disrespected by a set of Drs. And to think i drove an 1.5 just to see him. Waisted tome and waisted money!! I will never recommend him or be back .
