The pharmacist wasn't interested in working with my insurance, didn't seem interested in my coupon for a 30 day free supply of my medication prescription and didn't give me correct information about how to transfer my prescriptions. I figured it out and had my prescriptions transferred elsewhere. I will never use this particular Safeway pharmacy again.

Hung up on me twice because I wasn't going to just let her talk to me any kind of way. The situation was not resolved. She yelled at me. This is the 3rd time I've had to literally argue with her to get her to do her job. She has called me and told me prescriptions were ready that were not. And treated me like I had done something wrong? I will NEVER fill another prescription in that pharmacy. You just lost $3500 amonth from one customer! That counts in this tiny town! Ohand she also claimed to be the manager when she is not twice. In an attempt to keep me from talking to tge real manager. Well I got ahold of him today and he was not happy!
